0036599: API change: platform callouts now implement SimpleCallout

Description

Some callouts have been changed from implementing Servlet to SimpleCallout.

They are:

  * SelectorFieldPropertyCallout
  * Activation_Message
  * SL_AlertRule_SQL
  * SL_Column
  * SL_IsDefault
  * SL_ModuleCallout
  * SL_Module_Minor_Version
  * SL_TableAudit

Steps To Reproduce

Proposed Solution

This change should be riskeless as not expected any module extending any of them
