0036300: double request to Dynamic.js when opening Book process

DescriptionWhenever a document is booked a double request to Dynamic.js (which is not cached) is performed.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open a Sales Order
2. Click on Book processs
   -> Check 2 requests to Dynamic.js are triggered
