0035595: Functional API change after AD_IsOrgIncluded refactor

DescriptionThe current AD_IsOrgIncluded function implementation works fine with organizations in any status, however after the refactor it only works with organizations set as ready.

Working with organizations not set as ready yet is something very uncommon, because actually you can't complete any functional flow.

Only the process of setting an organization as ready (Organization window) is really affected by this change in the ERP, and it is properly managed as part of 0035590


This is a very low risk functional API change which should be logged as part of 3.0PR17Q3 release, because it could affect developments for not ready organizations.
In this case a new AD_IsOrgIncluded_Legacy function containing the original AD_IsOrgIncluded code is available, so the developers can easily use it on the required flows.
