Update: This is an intermitent problem. I've just repeated the above steps and this time it allowed me to save

Checking/Unchecking the "Employee" check box does not make the screen dirty. The "Salesman" check box does.

I've uploaded screenshots. The bahaviour is variable but it affects many different screens not just this one.

I can reproduce it. It seems to be a Internet Explorer 7 issue. On Firefox it never happens.
