0034230: Create a new OB.DS.Process for Fail Over processes to add a 'Processing transaction in the server' message

DescriptionWhen a process is defined as FailOver there is no message 'Processing transaction in the server'. When this process takes some time user has no feedback on whats going on
Steps To ReproduceThere is an example of this when using order preparation functionality. whenever a backend process is being called there is no feedback for the user. Find patch attached.
