Selected Organization's natural tree is shown in combo box when process parameter is without validation and there is also a list: The problem is that the following code is created in ComboReloadsProcessHelper class:

      if (CalloutHelper.commandInCommandList(command, "inpadOrgId")) {
        if (!isFirst) resultado.append(", \n");
        comboTableData = new ComboTableData(vars, this, "19", "ad_org_id", "", "", Utility.getReferenceableOrg(vars, vars.getStringParameter("inpadOrgId")), Utility.getContext(this, vars, "#User_Client", windowId), 0);
        comboTableData.fillParameters(null, windowId, "");
        resultField = "inpadOrgId";
      ...

As the other parameter is a list, the function process<id> is called

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new process (Report and Process window):
   UI Pattern: Standard
Add two parameters to it:
   1. Name: Organization
      DB Column Name: AD_Org_ID
      Reference: TableDir
      Reference Search Key: empty
      Validation: empty
   2. Reference: List
      Reference Search Key: select one
      Validation: empty
