DescriptionThe multiorders window is not shown correctly in Chrome 45 (see attachment)
Steps To Reproduce- Create two tickets
- Go to Pay Open Tickets option in the menu
- Pick the two tickets. Verify that the window is not shown correctly (white background is missing)

Fixed 30956. Now multiorders window is shown correctly in Chrome 45.
