0029711: [UX] Cash up scroll bar is not draggable using tablet

DescriptionCash up scroll bar is not draggable using tablet
Steps To Reproduce[0-Use a tablet device to test this]
1-Login POS as vallblanca//openbravo
2-In dropdown menu click "Cash Up" option
3-Go to "Step 2 of 5: Count Cash"
Defect: Try to drag the vertical scroll bar. It is not possible to drag it.
