DescriptionStabilization: Raise the log level of the OB.Dal.find errors, from 'warn' to 'error'

In the process to get more stable Core and Applications and because errors in the find process usually mean a bad flow approach, raising the log level of the OB.Dal.find method will help to reach higher quality levels
Steps To ReproduceIn 'OB.Dal.find', verify that the errorHandler log level is set to 'warn'
