0026325: After Q2 version it is possible to have transactions pending to be reconcilited

DescriptionAfter Q2 version it is possible to have transactions pending to be reconcilited
Steps To Reproduce-Login to Web POS
-Do some sales
-Remove the browser cache and application cache
-Login again

A new cash up id will be created and new orders will be related to this new id. The problem is that old orders are not going to be reconciliated during the cash up
Proposed Solution-In the client side, before creating a cash up id, check if it exists any pending cash up on the server and re-use the cashup id.
