0026229: [UX] Bad behavior of 'coins' toggle button

Description

When a ticket is going to be paid, there could me many payment methods and the current behavior is:

* "€, €, €, ..." button is always present. Once it is pressed it moves to "Cash" payment method and the button changes to "$, $, $, ..."

* Pressing this "$, $, $, ..." moves the payment method to "USA Cash" and the button changes to "1, 2, 3, ..."

* Pressing this "1, 2, 3, ..." button again changes the key pad but the payment method remains at "USA Cash"

This behavior is not practical. This button should be just a toggle of "number" to "coins" for the current payment method, so, the behavior should be as:

* If payment method is "Card" or "Voucher" or any other different than cash, this toggle button should not be shown at all-

* If payment methid is "Cash", the keypad should display the euro coins and this button should display "1, 2, 3, ...". Once the button is pressed, it changes to "€, €, €, ..." and the keypad display numbers. If the "€, €, €, ..." we move to the previous situation (the keypad displays the euro coins and this button displays "1, 2, 3, ...")

* If payment methid is "USA Cash", the keypad should display the dollar coins and this button should display "1, 2, 3, ...". Once the button is pressed, it changes to "$, $, $, ..." and the keypad display numbers. If the "$, $, $, ..." we move to the previous situation (the keypad displays the dollar coins and this button displays "1, 2, 3, ...")

There is no reason to the current behavior where the toggle button is not just a toggle button but also a way of change the payment method, since payment method button selection are just close to this toggle button.

A clear example of the problem of this behavior is if we are in "Cash" payment method viewing the euro coins keypad, and we want to switch to a numeric keypad we are not able to, since pressing this button moves us to "USA Cash" payment method.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new ticket and go to the payment window (by pressing the fourth green icon displaying the ticket total)
