0025552: Little error during the cash up

DescriptionLittle error during the cash up
Steps To Reproduce-Log in to Web POS and create a ticket for BP "arturo montoro"
-Pay it
-Go to Verified returns and choose the ticket
-Return the ticket
-Choose the correct BP and return
-Go to the cash up

Verify that the returned ticket is loaded in the first step of the cash up with default BP
TagsNo tags attached.

fixed issue 25552: added a flag: isNewReceipt. when it is checked, apply promotions is not applied
