0024742: Production cost is wrongly calculated when there are overlapped costing entries of different type of a used product

DescriptionProduction cost is wrongly calculated when there are overlapped costing entries of different type of a used product
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Manufacturing Cost Center and version
   Create two products marked as Production: one that will be used and one that will be produced
   Add a manual "Legacy Average" cost to the used product with a future ending date (in an already migrated instance you will not be able to add this type of costing from application but you can set this type directly in database)
   Add an storage bin to the produced product in the Manufacturing tab
   Create a goods receipt for the used product
   Create a process plan with the used product as P- and the produced one as P+
   Create a work requirement and process it
   Create a work effort
   Add the Cost Center Version to the Production Run and Create Standards
   Validate the Work Effort
   Check that there exist two costing entries for the used products and its dates are overlapped
   Check that the cost of the products has been calculated wrongly using both overlapped entries
Proposed SolutionCosting process should only consider costing records of new costing types (legacy) and not consider "Legacy Average" cost type once instance is migrated.
