0024233: Create order in sales quotation is not calculating the discounts correctly

DescriptionCreate order in sales quotation is not calculating the discounts correctly. In this process, the discount is calculated based on one product and not in the real quantity order
Steps To Reproduce- Sales quotation, create a new one with one line, quantity order: 12. Book it. The discount is calculated based on the quantity ordered.
- Create order process.
- The order created is not calculating correctly the discounts

 Working fine. Tested using basic discounts. Now when the create order process generates the order, the process is calculating the discounts correctly.
