0023575: Improve logout message

Description

When logging out, I've received a message: "You may have tickets pending that will be deleted when you log out. Are you sure you want to log out?"

That message is not clear enough. I think it is much better a message like "Are you sure you want yo log out? Any pending ticket will be deleted. There is no undo for this action."
