0002352: jrxml translation depends on external DTD

DescriptionThe jrxml translation process depends on an external DTD. If the DTD is not available, the server is slow or there's no internet connection the translation and build process fails.

Fixed in src-trl/src/org/openbravo/translate/Translate.java
Simply ignore the DTD.

We have tested this bug in the subversion repository and it has just been fixed.

Note that the only supported version of the application is the one in subversion. So it is possible that this was a bug in a previous version that is already fixed.
