Summary | 0002280: DB generated from XML files don't allow to post documents
Description | When database is loaded from xml files it is not possible to post any document. This is due to the lack of the 'Fact_Acct_Group' entry in the AD_Sequence table. AD_Updata_Sequence procedure should check if this sequence already exists and in case it does not it should create it (as it is done with the sequence for ad_sequence).
