Summary

0022717: When updating to MP18 or higher, update.database fails when user1 and user2 were implemented

DescriptionWhen updating to MP18 or higher, update.database fails when user1 and user2 were implemented.
If the environment had and implementation in old user1_id and user2_id fields, the update.database fails, because the implementation of user1_id and user2_id has changed and there are constraints defined in these columns, referencing user1 and user2 tables.
At least, there should be a build validation, giving a warn to fix the data before updating.
Steps To Reproduce- We need a database with user1 or user2 customization (support team can provide it), in version before that MP18
- Launch the update to MP18 or higher
