0022637: Offline mode does not work if the database server is down

DescriptionOffline mode does not work if the database server is down
Steps To Reproduce-Login in web POS
-Shut down database server
-Logout and try to login

It is impossible to do the login and you are only able to see the loading window
TagsNo tags attached.
