0022264: Some default accounts of General Ledger are mandatory but were set to inactive

DescriptionSome default accounts of General Ledger are mandatory but were set to inactive:

- Charge Expense - CH_EXPENSE_ACCT
- Cash Book Expense - CB_EXPENSE_ACCT
- Cash Book Receipt - CB_RECEIPT_ACCT
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to General Ledger Configuration - Defaults tab
   Create a new record
   You should fill all the required fields
   The following error appears:
   Saving failed. ERROR: null value in column "ch_expense_acct" violates not-null constraint

 Testing plan:
   As group admin role:
      Go to General Ledger Configuration - Defaults tab
      Delete the existing record
      Create a new record
      You should fill all the required fields
      Check that the record could be saved correctly
      Run the Copy Account process and check it does not launch any error
