0022138: Redirect browser to mobile login when the instance has the Openbravo Mobile module installed

DescriptionWhen the user visits the application and has the Openbravo Mobile module, it should be redirected the mobile login page
Steps To ReproduceUsing a mobile browser (ipad, iphone, android), visit your Openbravo instance, e.g. http://localhost/openbravo [^]

If that instance has the Openbravo Mobile module (org.openbravo.client.mobile), it should be redirected automatically to http://localhost/openbravo/web/org.openbravo.client.mobile [^]

Fixes issue 22138: Implements a mobile browser detection and redirection
- If you visit the application with a mobile browser and the instance has the
  Openbravo Mobile module installed, the browser gets redirected to
  http://host:port/context/web/org.openbravo.client.mobile [^]
