0002180: Error on renderJR when an execption occurred

DescriptionIf the report is PDF format, and an error occurs; the file is downloaded if 'pdf' format but with the HTML error content.

Solution:
* Modify the renderJR method and set the ContentType and Content Disposition when an exception occurs
