0021497: Regression in Payment Proposal Window. Pick and Edit Window allows to remove Business Partner and duedate filters.

DescriptionRegression in Payment Proposal Window. Pick and Edit Window allows to remove Business Partner and duedate filters, whereas before it was not possible.
Steps To ReproduceLogin as Openbravo/openbravo

Create a new Payment Proposal.
Select any Business Partner.

Click on Select Payments.
Click on remove filters and notice that lines from other Business Partners are visible.

Fixes issue 21497: Moves part of the filter clause to the where clause.
Also fixes reference, from tableDir to search and fixes ad_element names.
