0021485: Add new values and change the order in field GAAP - Accounting Schema window

DescriptionThe field GAAP is a list of values. Currently:

Custom Accounting Rules
French Accounting Standard
German HCB
International GAAP
US GAAP

New values and in this order must be:
French Accounting Standard
German HCB
IFRS
Spanish Accounting Standard
US GAAP
Custom
Other

The default value should be "Other"
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Accounting schema window
2. See that there is the field "GAAP", the name maybe has changed to "Accounting Standard"
3. Values are:
Custom Accounting Rules
French Accounting Standard
German HCB
International GAAP
US GAAP
4. And should be:
French Accounting Standard
German HCB
IFRS
Spanish Accounting Standard
US GAAP
Custom
Other

Check the default value is : "Other"

Add new values and change the order in field GAAP in
Accounting Schema window.

 Test Plan:

1. Go to Accounting schema window
2. Create a new record
2. See that there is the field "Accounting Standard"
3. Default value is Other
4. By clicking on it, a list is shown with the values:
- French Accounting Standard
- German HCB
- IFRS
- Spanish Accounting Standard
- US GAAP
- Custom
- Other
