0020891: It is not possible to upgrade from 2.50 MP43 to 3.0 MP12

DescriptionAfter getting to 3.0 MP12 from a 2.50 MP43 the rebuilding stage fails because a build validation.
Steps To ReproduceTake a 2.50 MP43 and upgrade it to 3.0 MP12

 Although regression date is 2011, the wrong behaviour was not exposed until last month, that is why the regression level keeps in QA Approved.
