0020814: Wrong behaviour in previous debit and previous credit in General Ledger Report

DescriptionWhen you execute the report for one account and a range of dates, there are a subtotal credit and a subtotal debit (see file attached) with incorrect data. These fields appear with amounts of the entries that appear in the report(which is ok) and the previous amounts (which is not correct).

In this fields only should appear the sum amounts of the search's entries.

Steps To ReproduceAs admin go to the report and execute with these filters:

From Date: 01-01-2012
To Date: 01-01-2013

From Account: 40000
To Account: 40000

 This issue when being fixed adds some incoherent numbers in html format due to wrong definition of function elements in xml file. Two new functions are added in each structure. This two functions do not use attribute="value" and that makes them appear in the output when they should not
