0000208: Heartbeat information not inserted into AD_Heartbeat_Log

DescriptionThe heartbeat information is sent to butler.openbravo.com but cannot be inserted into AD_Heartbeat_Log.
Steps To ReproduceInstall from sources, activate heartbeat and click 'Test Heartbeat' button. An error is displayed in the confirmation window.
