0002037: Error when attaching a file to a document with no lines

When you try to attach a file to a document that has no lines, the application tries to attach it to a previous selected document that has lines, in other cases tries to attach it to a document with docno **

Now when you try to add an attach to a document with no lines it gives you an error (2.40-alpha-r2/Oracle). Please SEE ATTACH. Maybe in the trunk is fixed but I cannot verify.

The solution would be to verify after clicking the button if a record exists where to add the attach. If not show a message saying that a record must be selected to add the attach
