0020108: Employee tab should be displayed in form view

DescriptionThe Employee tab in Business Partner window should be displayed by default in form view, instead of in grid view to keep consistency with other tabs inside this window (Customer and Vendor)
Steps To ReproduceGo to Business Partner window
Create new register
Go to customer and vendor tab. Realize form view is displayed
Go to Employee tab and realize grid view is displayed
