0019565: Using a date format different from dd-MM-yyyy makes create payment window not to work

DescriptionIn Create Transaction window, if a payment is created, dates are not managed correctly in case the defined date format is different from dd-MM-yyyy
Steps To ReproduceSet date format to yyyy-MM-dd, instead of dd-MM-yyyy and re-compile
Go To Transactions window
Click on create payment button
try any of the five editable date fields of the window. It's not taking into account the format
