0019250: Lines that are invoiced show up on the Invoiceable expenses window

Description

Lines that are invoiced before appear again in Invoiceable window if you process new expenses for the same Business Partner in the same date.

Steps To Reproduce

As Group Admin role:
Go to Expenses Sheet window:
   -create new register
      employee: McHill
      date: 05-12-2011
  go to Lines tab:
    -create new line:
            * Reinvoicing
            * Business Partner: Sleep Well hotels
            * Product: Any service or Expense type
Save it and process the expense.
Go to Invoiceable Expenses window: we realise that show one line, not invoiced.
Go to Create Sales from Expenses window: Process - Date 05-12-2011
Go to Invoiceable Expenses window: we realise that is nothing.
Again Go to Expenses Sheet window:
   -create new register
      employee: McHill
      date: 05-12-2011
  go to Lines tab:
    -create new line:
            * Reinvoicing
            * Business Partner: Sleep Well hotels
            * Product: Any service or Expense type
Save it and process the expense.
Go to Invoiceable Expenses window: we realise that show TWO lines, not invoiced.
This is not correct, because the first line was invoiced before.
