0019074: Enable user1 and user2 accounting dimensions in DocFIN* files

DescriptionEnable user1 and user2 accounting dimensions in DocFIN* files.
Steps To ReproduceEnable user1 and user2 accounting dimensions in DocFIN* files.
Proposed SolutionModify their "loadLinesFieldProvider" methods to get (probably using xsql query) ID of user1 and user2 so they will be available for accounting process.
[As reference, in DocFINPayment.java file in line 179 appears comment that this change is required]
