| Summary | 0018968: Multiphase project: Create Sales Order from Project Phase button should not be selectable when project status is Open | |||||||
| Description | The button Create Sales Order from Project is visible when the multiphase project is in the status Open. This is not a valid action because sales orders can only be created once the project is in status Order. When clicking the button it looks like the action is executed successfully, yet no document number is given (see screenshot). Also in the project phase line, there is no sales order number displayed. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Enter a test multiphase project with one project phase line. Leave the project in status Open. Click the button Create Sales Order from Project. No error, but no document was created either. | |||||||

Now you only will be able to see 'Create Sales Order from Project' button (project phase tab in Multiphase project window) when the project status is 'order'. |

Test plan: Login in Go to: Project and Service Management | Transactions | Multiphase Project Create new record. Go to 'project phase' tab and create new record. You can't see the button 'Create Sales Order from Project Phase' because it is hidden (because the project status is open). Clic in 'Change Project status' in order to change status to order. Go to its project phases and you can see that 'Create Sales Order from Project Phase' button is visible because the status of the project is order. |
