| Summary | 0018872: Service Project: Temporary pricelist gets created when the status is changed to Order. Lines added later do not appear on pricel | |||||||
| Description | The temporary pricelist gets created when the service project status is changed from 'Open' to 'Order'. The project can be changed to status Order when at least one line is entered in the project line tab. However, after the order status is changed to Order additional lines can be added to the project lines tab, and will appear on the created orders, but not on the temporary pricelist. Similar situation is that the supplier tab can be filled out later, so no temporary purchase price list is created in case that the info was added AFTER the project was changed to status order. If the supplier info was added before the status was changed to order, the temporary pricelist gets created. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Enter a service project with one project line and select the checkbox to create a temporary pricelist. Change status from open to order. Add an extra project line. Create a sales order. You will see that the temporary pricelist does not contain the later added line product, but that it does appear on the salesorder. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | Project status Order should mean that no information can be added anymore in the Project Line tab and the Supplier tab. This also means that the status should be reversable, which is not the case now. So two actions: - Project Line tab and Supplier tab information can not be updated after project status is Order - An extra button to Reactivate: reverse the status from Order back to Open. | |||||||

Test Plan: Go to Service Project window. Create new header(fill sales representative, business partner, warehouse, and pricelist. Check 'create temporary Price List'.) Create new project line. Select a product. Notice that planned SO Net Unit Price is populated with the price of the product of the header's price list. Press 'Change Project Status'. Notice that you can't edit 'Create temporary Price List' and 'Price List'. If you try to add new line in Project line, you will be able to do that but you get a message saying that the created pricelist is not going to update automatically and that you should insert the product in the pricelist. |
