0018833: Alternative list value description based on window

Description

Currently it is not possible to include a list type column in different tabs each one with different description for the same value.

For example, the 'CO' status of a shipment/receipt is always 'Complete', it is not possible to set 'Receipt' on 'Goods Receipt' window and 'Shipped' on 'Good Shipment' window. As both DocStatus field are related to the same column in the database.

It should be possible to override the description of the values defined in the column based on the window or document type (or any other column value of the same table)

Proposed Solution

* Solution 1, overriding the list reference on the field.
* Solution 2, overriding the description based on the field.

* Solution 1:
-- Add a reference field on the field definition to select a new list reference that should have the same values than the list of the column with the new descriptions. Cons: valid values would still be set on the column, there should be a validation to check that the list of the field doesn't include different values.

* Solution 2:
-- Create a new tab under field visible only if the column of the field is of type list. In this tab it should be possible to select the "AD_Ref_List" that it is desired to override and it should contain as well the new name. Cons: it would be necessary to include a translation table.
