0018659: Exchange rate tab has bad validation for Currency field in more tabs.

DescriptionExchange rate tab has bad validation for Currency field in more tabs. Such as Payment In, Payment Out and more.
Steps To Reproduce- Go to Payment In window.
- Go to Exchange Rate Tab.
- Try to create one record.
- You are not able to choose a currency.
