| Summary | 0018527: Service Project screen has a project field that needs to be removed | |||||||
| Description | There is a problem with the Project field in the 'More Information' section of the Service Project screen. The field is coloured, suggesting that it is a mandatory field. However, when filled out, an error appears (see first screenshot). When left blank, the record can be saved, but now some bogus value appears in the field (see second screenshot). When reported to Pablo Sarobe he sent the following comment: That field is the internal identifier of the table so please enter an issue since that field should be hidden. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Go to the Service Project screen filled out all coloured fields, including the Project field in the More Information section Save The error occurs Now enter a record with leaving the Project field in the More Information section blank Save A bogus number is entered in the project field | |||||||

Might be related to issue 17433 where it was requested to display the field. I'm fine with it being there, as long as it gets populated correctly and becomes non mandatory |
