| Description | In addition to textual input of filter expressions ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkiUxoNJU-nkdHNzZlVQWllONDQwYVFCeDhGTXdmWHc&hl=en_US [^] ) users will benefit from a more visual input method. This is not to replace the textual method but just an addition. | |||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Set column filter for numerical values to e.g. 0-100 OR >200. | |||||||||||
| Proposed Solution | Using Smartclient´s advanced filter component we should try to get something as shown in the image. Numerical value columns: what this feature is about Dates: stays as it is now with the picker Strings: filter-as-you-type as it is now and later build a multiple object picker, as shown in the PDF. This should be aligned with the broader strategy of advanced filtering for advanced users where more complex queries (also invisible column, foreign fields and joins with children) are possible. | |||||||||||
