Fixes issue 18509: FIlter expressions are automatically removed when typing
Prevent filtering when only an operator is entered

Steps to reproduce:
* Login into the application
* Open Sales Order window
* Remove the implicit filter (click on the funnel icon)
* Enter >100 in the "Total Gross Amount" field, and hit ENTER
* The filter gets applied but the filter expression >100 is removed
