0018341: invoices are created in "closed" status

Description

if you create a new invoice, and before to save, you press button undo, and you select a business partner and save it, then, the invoice is saved in closed status

Steps To Reproduce

. create new invoice
. change the organization
. press button "undo"
. select a business partner
. save invoice
