0018032: Exchange rate difference is not attached in the gain or loss account.

Description

When we create a manual settlement in one date with one conversion rate and after that we create a new bank statement cancellation for last manual settlement in other date and other rate conversion, the exchange rate difference is not attached in the gain or loss account.

Steps To Reproduce

-create two rate conversion for different dates.USD-->EUR and EUR-->USD
General Setup || Application || Conversion Rates || Conversion Rate
-define one bank account in USD for Main organization
Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Setup || Bank || Bank >> Bank Account
-create an effect on a manual liquidation with direct accounting for the organization Main in USD. Process and account.
Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Manual Settlement || Manual Settlement >> Create Payment
-create a new bank statement in the different date with different conversion rate but with same account an related with the previous movement.
Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Bank Statement || Header
-Finally go to Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || General Ledger Journal || General Ledger Journal and you will see that the exchange rate difference is not attached in the gain or loss account.
