The same Learn more links is also present in the Module Detail pop-up that appears after you press Install Now.

We need to browse for other places.

Steps To Reproduce

Functional specification is an internal document and should never be used as a reference about application work - only user documentation (Installation, Configuration, User Manuals) should be referenced.
