0017845: Organization -> Acct.Schema should be empty for * organization

DescriptionNowadays ERP allows to associate an accounting schema to the * organization, where it should be avoided, so closing and opening can be executed correctly.
Steps To Reproduce- go to * organization
- Go to Acct.Schema sub-tab
- Create a new record and save
No error is shown!
Proposed SolutionCreate a restriction for the table in the form of trigger on insert/update.
Alert when closing a fiscal year, if user do have this miss-configuration.
