0017843: Exchange Rate at doc - The system does NOT calculate the applicable Exchange Rate once Foreing Amount and Currency To

DescriptionThe system does NOT calculate the applicable Exchange Rate once Foreing Amount and Currency To have been entered in the Exchange Rate tab.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a Sales Invoice
Go to exchange rate tab and enter:
(1) Currency To = USD
(2) Foreign amount = 1632.92

Systems shows an error because the exchange rate is a mandatory field and have not been entered by the end-user.
Proposed SolutionEnd-user should be able to enter either the exchange rate of the foreing amount.
If the end-user enters the exchange rate, the system must calculate the foreing amount.
If the end-user enters the foreing amount, the system must calculate the corresponding exchange rate.
