It happens in payment out and payment in
Steps To ReproduceLogin with:

    "User name": QAAdmin
    "Password": QAAdmin

Go to Financial management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Payment Out

Click New and select:

    Paying to: Vendor A
    Generated credit: 33.44

Click Save and verify:

    Document type: AP Payment
    Paying from: EUR - Spain Cashbook
    Payment method: 1 (Spain)
    Currency: EUR
    Status: Awaiting Payment

Click Add details button
