0017589: IE9: When loging in wrong parameters are sent to the server

DescriptionUsing IE9, when you log in, a XHR request is sent to the server. This request contains wrong parameter set. You can easily see the application log:

Proposed SolutionThe Login page still use the old JavaScript API. It seems that we are sending not just fields in a form, but the layout also.
