0017530: Refresh in header causes lines level to flip back to grid view

DescriptionWhen having a form-form view for headers and lines, the lines form view does not persist when the header is refreshed.
Steps To ReproduceProduct
Get both header and lines in form view
Refresh the header
Lines view turns into grid view again
