0017509: Multicurrency - A Java lang null pointer exception shown while trying to add a payment in a Purchase Invoice

DescriptionA Java lang null pointer exception shown while trying to add a payment in a Purchase Invoice, in the case the Method of Payment used is not properly setup for multicurrency.

Proposed Solutionthe system should provide an error letting the end-user know that the method of payment does not allow making payments in other currencies, therefore proper setup is required to be done.
