0016563: Read only logic is not working

Description

Read only logic seems not to work.
When an invoice is processed most of the fields gets read only, but now they are not

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create an invoice with a line and process it
2) Realize that header fields such as business partner payment method and so on remains editable when they should convert into read only fields
