Summary

0016436: OB3 GA - Current sales order status are not helpful and are confusing to new users.

DescriptionCurrent order status are not helpful and are confusing to new users.
For example, an order that has not had any lines delivered is currently shown as “Completed”. Additionally, changing an order status to “Closed” is a manual step.

Before we separate operational issues from analytical issues (phase II) and therefore provide a definition of the complete set of order "status" and its corresponding business logic, we will just change current "status" names as proposed below (phase I).

Proposal:
Rename status "Completed" by "Booked", and change the button "Complete" to "Book".
Rename status "Close" by "Closed".
